Crown Casino interview

Ok, so this wednesday I drove to the intersection of City Rd and Power St in Southbank to do my first job interview (i.e. as dealer for Crown). There was a 5min 60 question maths test involving addition/subtraction/division/multiplication of numbers and money. You wern't expected to finish it, and I got about 2/3 of it done. They gave a little talk about the good and bad of being a dealer then we waited in the 'Break room' for one-on-one interviews.

I don't freaking believe it, but it just had to be me as the last person to be interviewd =.=" 15 people there, and I was probably within the middle of them in terms of who arrived when. Lucky for me, I got chosen last *explodes*. It was probably karma, I felt really impatient during the whole time waiting.

The interview was pretty cool as well. The first thing they got me to do was pile casino chips up by their colour as fast as possible and then to pick up a pile of chips with my hand. So easy =.=" I must be like dou-sun or something. hahaha.

Then the boring standard interview questions. They got me to do a 2nd interview this friday. I'll probably go. My plan of action is to do the 6 weeks full time training (paid of course XD), then quit afterwards hahaha. If I have to sign a contract to work after my training, I'll just reject it. Well there you go.

Well, it seems I have passed the 2nd round interview with flying colours. Interviewer said I was very mature and I will go a long way - not just in Crown Casino, but in life. HAHA, I AM WINNER~! Anyways, I got a medical check up on wednesday and I think I'm set afterwards. No tests though :( I wanted to handle some more casino chips. Well, I got to be off now, meeting up with NorthShore friends for dinner in city. We will see if I'm successful or not XD

Well, I had my medical check up for Crown. Doctor says I am healthy and that was it. Not much to it. Not much of an update either. Just waiting to decline crown offer hehe, and if I don't get it. It wont matter.

Crown Casino called me up at about noon today (7.12.06) when I was at Denton's house with Josh. They said I was successful! However, I reject them, because I don't want to do 6 weeks full time training during holidays and have bad shift hours like 8pm till 4am. Anyways, this proves that I'm awesome at interviews, so jobs that I will be applying for in the future, I should have no problem. HAHA AWESOME XD
