.hirruken long awaited update

Yeah, it's been ages since my last update. Let me check how long.........hah! only 15 days. But it seems such a long time ago since I updated. Well, I've been busy with assignments for the past month. An assignment for each week.

1. Statistics
2. Database (but got extended for one more week)
3. Network (meaning, I had two assignments due that week)
4. Bus.law (and by far the more challenging of assignments, finished this week, and handed in today!)

With stats assignment, I got it back today as well, and got 12/20. Sounds quite char but that's like a 60%, meaning Credit! Tutor said that the highiest mark was like 14-15/20, so it's good enough for me. Stats doesn't make sense anyways, we just get told to do this, make sure this is lower than this value, which proves this is wrong or right. We actually don't understand why we do this - which makes Stats stupid.

Database and network, I havn't got back yet, but I'm not really interested about that. I'm more interested in the assignment for bus.law that I handed in today. Two case studies, 1000 and 1500 words each. But all together, I summed up to 3000 words for the essay. While hard to start, it was pretty interesting seeing how law can be "twisted" or used to help you or make you pay. I hope I get a very high mark, because I put in a lot of effort into this. With stats though, I put in effort, but did not really have any clear idea of what I was doing, so I deserve this XD

anime:
Because I havn't updated my blog in ages, that means the updates for anime has basically died. I didn't watch anime on a regular basis this past month, usually download at the end of the week. Anyways, it seems lots of anime eps have been released. Naruto (who cares), Bleach (oh yeh...), School Rumble? (not even sure...cbs checking wannabefansubs releases, find other sources) and Akagi! 3 more eps, forgot all about this anime. can't wait. DOOUUUU SUUUNNN (賭神). Anyways, check the side bar now, there's updates again.

series:
I don't usually watch HK series, only ones I was interested in watching was 新鲜人 (English title: Green Hope) and 迷情家族 (Greed Mask) - why did the both english names start with Gree? ........ Anyways, I found another one, while it's not really series, it's more a TV show like iron chef. It's called 美女厨房 (Beautiful Cooking), and it has 3 female celebrity stars do an iron-chef styled battle, and have 2 unknown pretty girls cook and catwalk for battle. Most of the time, it's always pretty girls XD (explodes), and most suck at cooking. I don't watch it to stare at the girls, I watch it for the funny reactions and comments made by the judges (including celebrity male judges), also the way the girls (who have no idea how to cook) cook. One girl ended up causing the wok to catch on fire so high, it must've been at least 1m in height SOOO FARRRNIIII. Anyone who can understand canto, MUST get this show. Too bad the series has ended, oh well, it had a good run.

ADP field trip soon:
That's right! I'm going to ADP this thursday, but will return back to uni for stats lecture. GAH, i'm going to be wearing a suit in uni....*silence*.... XD ging~!

spring:
Oh and spring is finally here. It felt so awesome the first week with the bright sun. Winter was too cold, and I had no motivation to blog.

I now can finally say I dont think winter is the best season. It's either spring or autumn (havn't decided yet, ask me when autumn comes again). For those who don't know, winter was my favourite season because I liked the feeling of breating in crisp air, and the fact that you can control the temperature. With summer, heat is uncontrollable no air-con can defeat it *damn you*, but with winter, ducted heating, more layers of clothing is enough - you can't take off lots of layers of clothing in summer, or else I'd be committing a crime..in public XD

mini break for now:
So because of that long battle with assignments the past month, it seems that the next week or two is like a mini break (I have another stat assignment, which hopefully I can get HD, gahahaha). Shawn's birthday is coming up (Happy 19th Shawn), and mid semester break is in 3 weeks time. Rob, uni-friend, is going to intro me to some trickers (as he is one himself) during the break. Hopefully I'll be able to do tonnes of stunts with just one gathering. Right now, I'm just trying to do a kick-up on solid ground - i can only do it on a bed. Extreme martial arts...damn XD, the karate I did was never into fancy moves, it was all solid and defined movements (including fluid), I guess it was more practical. But learning karate wasn't for the awesome tricks, it was just to learn some self-defence and exercise during high school. I'm still loyal to karate, learning to trick is just a great way to make exercise fun again and show off (buahahaaha).

and finally:
As with all my significant blog entries, I'll put a youtube video down. But since it's like I havn't posted in ages, I feel lots of videos deserved to be put up. Yesterday, I saw some funny pet (more cat) videos, check them out.
